Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns<\/h2>\n<p>Returns for non-damaged goods must be approved by Yalong before shipment. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and safely packed for international transport. Custom, wholesale, and made-to-order ceramic products may not be eligible for return unless defective.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds are processed after inspection or claim confirmation.
