1.All items are fragile products.If you find any damage after receiving the package please report it within 48 hours (take photos of the product’s outer packaging and the shipping label).Failure to comply with this requirement within the established time frame will prevent us from determining liability for damages and no action will be taken!No action will be taken!
2.After the local service provider designated by the buyer signs the document confirming receipt of the goods please inspect it.If any problems are found please contact customer service for assistance.If the service provider did not inspect the goods and the buyer discovered damage upon receipt contact the service provider’s warehouse to resolve the issue.In cases where the issue is not related to product damage (e.g. missing items or incorrect delivery) the buyer is given the option to return or exchange the product within the warranty period with the costs borne by the buyer.
[Note] All products undergo quality inspection before shipment but ceramic items are not always flawless. The following phenomena may still occur
Black spots dents uneven gold coating traces of glue imperfect marks on the bottom air bubbles micro-cracks small scratches lack of glaze or porcelain on the bottom etc.These are normal traces of the production process and are not considered defects. Please rest assured that this does not affect the use or appearance; if acceptable proceed with the purchase!
