Returns & Refunds

Because ceramic goods are fragile and many orders are international, please inspect your package immediately after delivery.

Damaged or missing items

If a product arrives damaged or missing, contact Yalong within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, shipping label, and damaged item. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Returns

Returns for non-damaged goods must be approved by Yalong before shipment. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and safely packed for international transport. Custom, wholesale, and made-to-order ceramic products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after inspection or claim confirmation. Original bank or blockchain network fees are not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
