Yalong ships ceramic products internationally. Shipping charges are calculated by destination country and package weight using our current freight table.

Covered regions

We support shipping to Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Availability may vary by product size, package weight, and destination restrictions.

How freight is calculated

The checkout freight estimate is based on the total product weight in kilograms, destination country, and the applicable registered parcel handling fee. The site converts RMB freight rates into USD for checkout display.

For Australia, postcode-based zone matching is enabled. If a postcode appears in multiple zones in the carrier table, Yalong uses the higher zone to avoid undercharging.

Ceramic packing

Ceramic orders are packed for cross-border transport with protective materials. For oversized, fragile, or bulk orders, Yalong may confirm packing and freight again before dispatch.
